Shipping policy
Radical Roots standard shipping ships via Canada Post Expedited; within Canada, Radical Roots cannot deliver internationally at this time. Typically it takes 2-3 days for orders to be completed and sent out. You will receive a notification of any completed and shipped orders with a tracking number to monitor the progress. During busier times, early Spring and fall, items may take a little longer as products may need to be made to order. Shipping costs at this time are based on location in conjunction with Canada Post shipping fees. Purchases over $75.00 receive free shipping. Radical Roots assumes the responsibility for purchases lost while in the hands of Canada Post.
