Refund policy

Returns 
Due to the wide variety of planting conditions outside of our control, we cannot guarantee successful growth after planting, but please let us know about any disappointments you experience; we may be able to help. No other guarantee is expressed or implied.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it unopened within 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

Refunds 
If you wish to request a refund, please contact Radical Roots at hello@radicalroots.ca at any time. Radical Roots will then send you a return shipping label, once the item is received Radical Roots will issue a full refund.  


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@radicalroots.ca 
 

Shipping 
A shipping label will be send once approved by out support team.
