The past few months have felt like an explosion has hit the world. It still seems surreal that this is happening. The magnitude of the global health, economic and social isolation feels hard to grasp. 

As we are advised to stay home, know this we are in this together. As we isolate ourselves its important to find other ways to connect. Know that we have a strong community, and this is the time to trust and lean on each other to care for those who need it most.
